DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF SOFT CONTACT LENSES CLEANING, RINSING & STORAGE
• Wash hands thoroughly with soap & Water.
• Keep the lens case ready with fresh soft lens solution prior to removal of the lenses.
• Remove the right lens and place it in the palm of your left hand and pour 5-6 drops of soft lens solution.
• Clean the lens by rubbing between the palm and index finger of the other hand for atleast 30 seconds.
• Rinse the lens throughly with soft lens solution.
• Place the clean lens in the right vial for over night storage or for minimum six hours.
• Repeat the process for the left lens.
INSERTION OF CONTACT LENS
• Wash hands with soap and water.
• Place the right lens on the tip of your index finger and check for correct side up.
• Pull the lower lid down with middle finger and looking straight place the lens on the white area of the eye.
• Release the lower lid and close your eye. The lens will take it's place.
• Repeat the process for the left lens.
REMOVAL OF CONTACT LENS
•Pull the lower lid down with your middle finger.
•Look up and slide the lens to the white area of the eye with the help of your index finger.
•Pick the lens between your index finger and thumb.

• Use only contact lenses prescribed by a licensed eye care practitioner.
•Clean and rinse your lenses properly everytime you remove them.
•Always keep soft lenses immersed in soft lens solution when not in use.
•Keep the lens case dry when you are wearing your lenses.
•Handle lenses one at a time to minimize exposure to drying air.
•Do not store or clean soft lenses in anything other than soft lens solution, not in home made salt solution, tap water, distilled water, antiseptic etc.
•Do not take a soapy shower or swim while wearing soft contact lenses.
•Do not wear lenses in a chemically contaminated atmosphere.
•Do not wear soft lenses while using any eye medication or lotion.
•Do not allow aerosols or, pump sprays to come in contact with the lenses.
•Insert lenses before cosmetics are applied.
•Never swap contact lens with another person.
•Don't wear lenses longer than prescribed, nor when sleeping unless otherwise directed.
•If eyes become red or irritated, remove the lenses immediately and consult your doctor. Don't try to brave the irritation.
•Replace contacts regularly because they wear out over time.
•Throw away disposable lenses after recommended wearing period.
•Keep your lens case clean. A toothbrush is ideal for cleaning the case.
